Job Purpose
We are looking for an AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our engineering team.
The ideal candidate –

• Turns ideas into automated, intelligent systems
• Build tools that solve real problems across industries
• Use AI models (Claude, Codex, etc.) to amplify creativity and execution
• Design clean structures in logic, code, and communication
• Work on projects that evolve across domains seamlessly

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize, design, and execute projects
• Use AI tools to refactor, write, and document code beautifully
• Build prototypes that evolve into core systems
• Create workflows and automations that scale ideas into systems
• Express your reasoning, structure, and intent clearly in both design and code
• Build end-to-end tools: RAG assistants, OCR pipelines, ML automations
• Use models like GPT, Claude, and LLaMA as creative partners
• Design workflows that make business processes disappear into automation
• Maintain clean code, clear reasoning, and readable design
