Role: Brand Sales Manager

in the country, and we’re looking for a hunter + relationship builder who can own revenue, crack
marquee brands, and scale big-ticket partnerships.

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Own and smash ambitious revenue targets across brands and media agencies
● Drive new advertiser acquisition and grow strategic key accounts
● Pitch MyGate’s high-impact digital + on-ground + integrated ad solutions
● Build deep relationships with CMOs, brand heads, media planners & buyers
● Create customized, insight-led media proposals that solve real business problems
● Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and maximize yield
● Partner with Marketing, Ops & Campaign teams to deliver wow-worthy executions
● Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain deal hygiene on CRM
● Upsell, cross-sell, and convert advertisers into long-term partners
Requirements:
● Solid Ad Sales / Media Sales / Digital Sales experience
● Proven success selling advertising solutions, not just rate cards
● Strong exposure to brand direct and/or media agency sales
● A consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
● Sharp storytelling, presentation & negotiation skills
● High ownership mindset — you think business, not just sales
● Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
