We are looking for a Call Centre Manager / Team Leader to oversee a team of 10 to 15 Tele Sales agents focused on selling working capital loans and invoice discounting. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales teams and driving performance.
Team Management: Hire, train, and manage Tele Sales agents.
Performance Monitoring: Set and track sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated issues.
Data Analysis: Analyze call center metrics and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
3 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial products.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
