City Operations Head – Leading Quick Commerce Company Full Time
Company – One of the India’s leading e-grocery companies
Location – Hyderabad/ Gurgaon/ Chandigarh/ Pune/ Jaipur/ Ahmedabad / Lucknow
What you will do
• Hande a team of Cluster Manages & Store Managers to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver best customer experience at minimum cost with key metrics — on-time delivery, complete orders and orders without complaints.
• Identify and fix leakages in the system – wastage, pilferage and any other areas to
optimize cost.
• Maintain system hygiene in inventory, order management, and other system controls.
• Keep the team motivated and accountable at all times
• Ensuring efficient Dark Store and Last mile Operations while achieving agreed budgetary and
service levels and providing an elective and reliable service to customers.
• Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and pick and pack and
dispatch of products to the customer.
• Cross function liaisoning: Sourcing, Finance, Replenishment, Vendors, Administration, and
General management issues including the management of staff.
• Proactively identifying issues and problems before they arise
