Position Overview:
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding company’s channel partner network to drive revenue growth, support in enhancing brand value and market penetration across North markets. This role involves identifying potential channel partners, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure mutual success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and channel management, strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
The list of role and responsibilities of the Enterprise Account Manager are as follows (please note this is
general indication of expectations, and not an exhaustive list of duties):
• Channel Partner Development: Proactively Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand
market presence. Will also be responsible for strengthening, developing and executing strategies to
onboard and train new partners.
• End to End Sales – Develop leads and acquire new clients directly (in addition to handling Channel partner development)
• Relationship Management: Be a champ at maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing
channel partners. Proactively conduct regular meetings and business reviews to ensure partner
success and satisfaction.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
through channel partners. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and take corrective
actions as needed. Sales goals will be assigned to you on an annual basis, which will be further then
divided into quarterly basis, you must give your best efforts to achieve / overachieve those goals.
Goal achievement is one of the important and major criteria in determining your success in the
mentioned role.
• Market Expansion: Being one of the top responsibilities – research and identify new market
opportunities and trends. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop localized strategies for different regions.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts with channel partners, ensuring terms are
mutually beneficial, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Training and Support: Take a lead in providing training and support to channel partners on
products, sales techniques, and market strategies. Also responsible for, developing and delivering
training materials and programs.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner
activities. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize channel strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in sales and channel management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share through channel partners.
• Strong understanding of international/Domestic markets and cultural nuances.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
