Designation – HR Business Partner
Required Work exp – 2+ years of relevant experience
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Work on HR projects like Competency Mapping, Industry Benchmarking, Policy formation, Recognition Framework, Performance Management, Appraisals etc
2. To Provide guidance and transactional support to employees for complex issues related to various HR topics and queries.
3. Responds to moderate to complex inquiries related to various HR topics and queries including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, employee engagements, employee connect, HR
policies, HR MIS including head count and attrition reporting, dashboards, etc. and performs research to achieve problem resolution
4. Requires extensive knowledge of company benefit programs and processes.
5. May perform non-complex to moderately complex human resources duties in areas such as employee relations, training, special projects, employee engagement, etc

Expected Educational Qualification – MBA-HR preferred
