Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms that aligns
with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
• Identify, collaborate with, and manage relationships with digital influencers to
amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns that drive brand awareness,
engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content strategies and
measure performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all
channels.
• Generate ideas for new content formats and themes, including videos, blogs,
infographics, and more.
• Respond to audience comments and inquiries on social media in a timely and
engaging manner.
• Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, influencer
partnerships, and overall content effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• M.B.A/P.G.D.M in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in content creation, social media management, or
influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative
Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social,
Google Analytics).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with influencers
and internal teams.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends
