RecruitDesk AI by Kompatible Minds is a recruiter productivity tool used to capture candidate information, structure recruiter notes, manage follow-ups, support assessments, and export recruiter workflow data.

2. What RecruitDesk AI does
RecruitDesk AI helps recruiters:
- capture candidate information from supported web pages and uploaded CVs
- structure recruiter notes into draft records
- manage follow-ups, interview updates, and assessments
- use JD-based shortcut templates
- export recruiter workflow data
3. Information we collect or process
RecruitDesk AI may collect, process, or store the following information as part of recruiter workflows:
a. Recruiter account and authentication information
- recruiter email address
- login credentials or authentication tokens used for backend access
b. Candidate and recruiter workflow data
- candidate name
- phone number
- email address
- LinkedIn URL or other profile links
- current company
- designation
- work experience
- education details
- recruiter notes
- other pointers
- assessment notes
- follow-up and interview updates

- JD-linked workflow data
- export-related workflow fields
c. Website content
- information visible on supported candidate profile pages or recruiter workflow pages when the recruiter actively uses the extension

4. How we use information
We use information only to provide the core functionality of RecruitDesk AI, including:
- capturing candidate details
- parsing and structuring recruiter notes
- generating recruiter workflow outputs
- saving drafts and assessments
- tracking follow-ups, interviews, and joinings
- enabling recruiter exports and shortcut templates
- showing reminders and notifications
- supporting team recruiter workflows
5. Permissions used by the extension
RecruitDesk AI uses Chrome extension permissions only for its stated recruiter workflow purpose:
- storage: used to save settings, templates, drafts, cached workflow state, and local extension data
- tabs and activeTab: used to access the currently active recruiter page when the recruiter triggers the extension
- scripting: used to extract candidate information from supported pages and enable capture workflows
- alarms: used for follow-up and reminder checks
- notifications: used to show workflow reminders and alerts
- host permissions: used to access supported recruiter workflow pages and candidate profile pages when the recruiter activates the extension
6. Remote services and APIs
RecruitDesk AI may connect to backend services and APIs to support recruiter authentication, workflow synchronization, note structuring, CV or document parsing, and AI-assisted recruiter workflows.
RecruitDesk AI does not download and execute remote code inside the extension.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell user data.
We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to RecruitDesk AI’s single purpose.
We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
We may process data through service providers or infrastructure required to operate the product, only to support the product’s intended recruiter workflow functionality.
8. Data storage
Depending on product usage, data may be stored:
- locally in the browser or extension storage
- in backend systems used by the organization
- in connected services used for RecruitDesk AI functionality
9. Data retention
Data is retained only as needed to support recruiter workflow functionality, team operations, troubleshooting, and product continuity, unless a longer retention period is required by the organization using the tool.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect data processed through RecruitDesk AI. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices
Organizations or recruiters using RecruitDesk AI may manage, edit, or remove recruiter workflow data within the product, subject to product capabilities and organizational controls.
12. Children’s privacy
RecruitDesk AI is not intended for use by children.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at the same URL with a revised effective date.
